I’ve always been a big believer in making the most out of every situation – even the most difficult ones. Of course it’s easier said than done but simply having an awareness can keep you going; even through failure. My being able to launch the Live With Adventure Wyoming retreat, is irrefutable proof.

It’s the fulfillment of my dream of being not just a coach; but a very particular one – a Live With Adventure Coach.

Traveling off the beaten path has been part of my life since my Dad had the batshit crazy idea to have us bicycle ride across the entire Namib Desert (I was 12). Even at that young age I knew I wanted to see all of the world and it’s possibilities. Now, I want to share.

When Covid 19 hit, I thought all adventures would have to be put on hold. But it did not take long for me to see the opportunity standing just on the other side of the chaos. I had to re-focus, restructure and find creative ways to work around the obstacles before me; yet in a way that also mitigated much of the danger.

I randomly saw an opportunity to work on a cattle ranch in Wyoming and jumped at the chance (I live in NYC). Having worked with horses for decades, the choice became clear to me – connect my love of horses with my love of coaching and adventure. Hence, Coaching with Horses. Why horses? Well because a horse will always give you honest feedback. If you are skittish, the horse will be skittish. If you are firm, engaging, honest and consistent, the horse will run into battle with you.

Equine Assisted learning and coaching is a transformational coaching experience that brings concepts to life that maximize your personal and professional growth. With this course, I’m aiming to extend my knowledge and share the extraordinary connection to horses to others.

My dear friend and fellow coach, Anna Szpunar joined me last year for an amazing 2021 Wyoming retreat. Since we’d always spoken about the possibility of doing a coaching retreat together, here we are –  ready for our 2nd year of working together as a great team.
